Rows for the United States come from the CMS NPI Registry. The site's source note gives the date of the fetch, which was 2026-10-28 when this course was written. Rows for Canada, the United Kingdom and Australia are added by the site editors from a public register or the clinic's own website. A listing can be out of date, so confirm details with the clinic.

### Does the certificate of completion show that I am qualified?
