Fitbit Sleep Profile analyzes a month of sleep data from supported Fitbit and Pixel Watch devices, comparing metrics such as schedule variability, time before sound sleep and deep and REM sleep, and assigns a sleep animal with tips. Estimated oxygen variation can also hint at breathing disturbances.
